World's first High Street 3D print shop will be opened in late August 2012, announced Mak3D, a british startup providing a 3D print workspace for designers, digital sculptors and makers.
This shop is located right in the heart of London's trendy Brick Lane (Directly opposite the world famous bagel shop).
What can they offer? Initially start from £200 + vat per month, you will be allowed to use:
- In house high definition Objet 3D printer
- In house HD 3D scanner
- STL File correction for 3D prints
- Numerous freelance work for 3D desinger
- A finishing workshop with tools included
You can also use the workshop for personal projects too. "Whether you're a product designer, a digital sculptor or just a passionate maker, this space is ideal due to it's unique facilities, proximity to the design district and the freelance oppertunities that come with the office."
